Common Questions
Yes! We offer free FedEx shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 5–6 business days.
You can request changes or cancellation by 12:00 PM EST on the same day. After that, we begin processing and can’t make changes.
Take clear photos of the item and packaging immediately upon delivery and contact us at tech@venace.com. We’ll help resolve it quickly.
Email tech@venace.com with your order number and reason. Items must be returned in “like new” condition with original packaging. A 10% restocking fee may apply for items not in original condition.
We offer: 5 years on standing desk frame, motor, and controls; 1 year on desktops. For warranty claims, email tech@venace.com with details and photos/video if applicable.
