Warranty

We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident knowing that we’ll work with you to resolve any issues. All Venace® products purchased through our official website or authorized third-party sales channels—including official stores on Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfair—are covered by a limited, non-transferable warranty. This warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship that impair the intended use of the product, provided the issue occurs under normal usage during the applicable warranty period.

Please note that this warranty does not cover product failures resulting from:

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Changes in surface finish, including color fading, mismatch in colors, wood grains, or textures

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Dye transfer caused by external contaminants

  • Modifications made by the user

  • Failure to follow installation or maintenance instructions

  • Damage or surface marking caused by sharp or foreign objects

  • Pilling or deterioration of textiles

Applicable Warranty Period

Venace Standing Desk

  • Frame, motor, and controls: 5-year warranty

  • Desktop: 1-year warranty

If a defect covered under this warranty is discovered, we will repair or, at our discretion, replace the defective product. In some cases, we may require you to return the defective product to us.

  • For warranty claims made within the first year of purchase, we will cover shipping costs for both the return and the replacement product.

  • After the first year, you will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product and receiving the replacement.

Our streamlined product design means that every part serves a critical function. To uphold our quality standards, we typically replace the entire defective product rather than issuing replacement parts.

Please note: We do not maintain inventory for discontinued products. However, if a defective item has been discontinued, we will replace it with a comparable product.

Important Limitations

The remedies described above are the only ones Venace will provide under this warranty or any warranty implied by law. Venace is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the breach of this warranty or any other warranty, whether express, implied, or statutory.
