Payment Terms

PayPal — We gladly accept payments through PayPal, a trusted global leader in online payments. PayPal allows individuals and businesses to send and receive money online securely and reliably. With industry-leading security and fraud protection systems, PayPal ensures that your financial information is never shared with merchants.

Credit Cards — We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and UnionPay. You can enter your credit card information directly on our secure server. All data submitted is encrypted to protect your privacy.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at tech@venace.com or call us at +86-20-82303742 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST) within 1 hour of placing your order and before 12:00 PM Central Time.

If your order is successfully canceled and the product has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund. If more than one hour has passed, your order may already be processed for shipping and cannot be canceled. In this case, the order will need to go through our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.

Please note: If you choose to return the item, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery of the package, return shipping fees will also be deducted from your refund.

Return
