General Information for All Returns

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging and in “like new” condition.

  • Items returned in a condition other than “like new” may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • Returns must be disassembled and properly repackaged to avoid damage in transit.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for your return. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
