General Information for All Returns

• All returned items must be in their original packaging and in “like new” condition.

• Items returned in a condition other than “like new” may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

• Returns must be disassembled and properly repackaged to avoid damage in transit.

• We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for your return. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
  

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

If your product appears to be defective (e.g., it cannot start), please contact us first and provide a short video demonstrating the issue. Once we verify the defect and confirm that the issue is not due to incorrect usage, we will arrange a return and full refund.
