Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Venace purchase and strive to provide expert guidance to help you choose the best product for your needs. We also understand that sometimes a product just isn't right for you. That's why our return service is so simple.

Please send us an email with a return request and include the order number. Also, please tell us the reason for the return. 

General Information for All Returns

All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in “like new” condition.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged for items returned in a condition other than “like new”. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at tech@venace.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping adress, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns will be processed and credited within 7 to 10 days of receipt.

Returned merchandise will be inspected prior to refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the received product is found to be unable to start, and there are defects, you must contact us first, and then take a video of the product problem, to assist us to review the product problem. After the inspection is correct, it is ruled out that the fault is caused by the wrong way of human use, and the product is indeed faulty, we will return and refund for you.

All returned merchandise must be disassembled and repackaged in its original condition. Products not returned in their original condition may be subject to additional charges.

We strongly recommend that you use a traceable and insurable shipping method for your return. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
