We offer free shipping via FedEx to 48 states in the continental United States. In-stock orders ship within 2 business days. Arrival time within the United States is 5-6 days. Shipping times are updated in real time, so please double check your options when placing your order.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,etc, and International addresses is currently not available.
*Please note that in the event of national holidays, stock shortages, carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather, and other circumstances beyond our control, your shipment may be delayed. In such cases, we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Address Modification
As we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to change the shipping address or other details on your order after 12pm Eastern Standard Time each day. You are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please email us at “tech@venace.com” as soon as possible. We will issue a full refund if the product has not yet start to ship. If the product is in the progress of delivery, it cannot be canceled. Shipping costs for returned merchandise will be deducted from your refund. Backordered Items
In the event an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will ship the items available and ship the out-of-stock item(s) as soon as they become available via an expedited method at no cost to you. Tips Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed - delays may happen due to weather, shipping carrier or customs delays, inventory shortages, or other events that we have no control over. Other considerations
If you find that the logistics package is damaged after receipt, please take a photo in time to keep the evidence of damage and labels on the outside of the package for verification.

Our Free Delivery does not require a signature, and your order will be left on your doorstep. Kindly ensure to check your order's tracking number. It will include the expected delivery date as a guarantee of the receipt of your item.FedEx and UPS do not honor claims of lost packages if delivered to the correct address. Venace will not be liable for such claim.
