Below SHIPPING POLICY are some common concerns of our clients before purchasing the theme.

What you might want to know:

We ship your order using FedEx for reliable and fast delivery within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Your parcel will be shipped from our U.S. warehouse in New Jersey.

Currently, we only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, and shipping is free.

We’re unable to guarantee custom delivery times. However, you can track your order and manage delivery options directly through FedEx once it’s shipped.

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use it to follow your delivery status on the FedEx website.

Most orders arrive in 5–6 business days after shipping. We process and ship in-stock items within 2 business days.

No worries! Our deliveries don’t require a signature. FedEx will leave your package at your door or another safe place.

Yes. If the package looks badly damaged, you can refuse delivery. Also, please take photos of the damage and shipping label, and contact us at: tech@venace.com or sales@venace.com (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM PST) right away.

We can only update your shipping address if you contact us at: tech@venace.com or sales@venace.com before 12:00 PM EST on the day of your order. After that, we’re unable to make changes. If needed, you can return the item after delivery.
