Order Acceptance Policy

Receiving an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order, nor does it confirm our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason after it has been placed, and to ship less than the quantity you ordered.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at tech@venace.com or call us at +86-20-82303742 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST) within 1 hour of placing your order and before 12:00 PM Central Time.

If the order is canceled and the product has not shipped, we will issue a full refund. If more than 1 hour has passed, the order will be processed for shipping and cannot be canceled. You may still return the item through our Return Merchandise Authorization process. Shipping costs for returned merchandise will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery, Venace will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.

Shipping Address Modification

As we strive to process orders quickly, changes to shipping addresses or other order details cannot be made after 12:00 PM PST on the day of order placement. You are welcome to return the item to us according to our [Return Policy].

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to most orders shipped within the United States. The applicable rate is based on the ZIP code of the shipping address. For more information about sales tax rates and how they are calculated, please refer to the appropriate state tax authority website.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you post. Venace does not endorse and is not responsible for any content posted by users. If any third party brings a claim against Venace related to content you posted, you agree to indemnify and hold Venace harmless from all losses, damages, and legal fees arising from such claims, to the extent permitted by law.
