With a bit of patience and a clear plan, the process is far more straightforward than it appears. This is not a complex engineering project; it is more like building with a high-quality adult construction set.

Before You Begin: Preparation is Everything

A smooth assembly process starts before you even turn the first screw. A few minutes of preparation will save you a significant amount of time and frustration.

• Screw the control panel (the handset with the up/down buttons) to the front edge of the desk where you want it to be.

• Plug the cables from each of the motors (the legs) into the corresponding ports on the control box.

• Plug the cable from the control panel into its port.

• Plug the main power cord into the control box.

• The control panel may display "RST" or an error code. This is normal.
